But from an observer’s point of view, this election has been such a joke, it’s crazy. People look at this election as if “Oh, if Obama wins then US will be saved,” or when McCain supports view it, they say “Oh, McCain will bring a white light with him.” No pun intended. C’mon now people, it won’t take one day to change the entire nation and put it back into its superpower position.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="color: #ff0000; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Candidates or Superstars?</span></span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">This election has really put me off government because it shows how low politicians will go to get into the place they want. Both McCain’s and Obama’s policies don’t seem too good for </span><span style="font-family: Arial;">America</span><span style="font-family: Arial;">. If both candidates were portrayed unbiased, and if somehow we’d never been exposed to Barrack being black and McCain being old who chose the most inexperienced candidate for Vice President, then these elections would be headed a totally different way. The Green Party would probably have a good chance of winning with their policies if they had as much media coverage, but instead it the media turned these two candidates into superstars.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="color: #ff0000; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">We’re on Thin Ice</span></span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">The winning party should really just rationally think things through and prepare some strong, realistic goals and achieve them before we allow </span><span style="font-family: Arial;">China</span><span style="font-family: Arial;"> to dominate the world. </span><span style="font-family: Arial;">America</span><span style="font-family: Arial;"> has so many enemies that it should not really be making anymore. We need to respect other cultures, nations, and traditions, and stop looking at everyone as foreigners living on our land. Not all Arabs are terrorists and not all Italians are mobsters. This is a perfect time to recognize these facts and learn to be good with everyone on all fronts while we strengthen up. Even though I’d hate to admit it, we’re on thin ice and it looks like either </span><span style="font-family: Arial;">India</span><span style="font-family: Arial;">, </span><span style="font-family: Arial;">Russia</span><span style="font-family: Arial;">, or </span><span style="font-family: Arial;">China</span><span style="font-family: Arial;"> will be underneath it when it breaks.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="color: #ff0000; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Message to the People</span></span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">My final message to everyone is to demand the most from your candidates, but expect realistic outcomes. It won’t take a day or two to put </span><span style="font-family: Arial;">America</span><span style="font-family: Arial;"> back in its place, but if we take all the correct precautions then we can expect better outcomes than ever before. Remember the Great Depression, remember Katrina, remember 9/11… we’ve lived through it all and we’re still here. All we need is to stay on course and rise above the cynics.</span></span></p>
